CESR has updated its table of measures Member States have taken on short selling. The latest update relates to Greece. It has also sent the Commission a report on the technical details of the planned disclosure regime. It says Members who already have the power to legislate for short selling disclosure will adopt the measures and the Commission should introduce European legislation as soon as possible to help other Members.
