On 12 May, in Case T-163/12 Ternavsky v Council [2015] (judgment in French), the General Court partially upheld the annulment application of Anatoly Ternavsky: it held that his original listing on the Belarus sanctions list pursuant to Council Decision 2012/642/CFSP and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 265/2012 should be annulled because there was insufficient evidence to support the listing, but it upheld his subsequent listing pursuant to Council Implementing Decision 2014/24/CFSP and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 46/2014, finding that there was sufficient evidence in the amended statement of reasons to support his listing.
