Fabri-Kal seeks a general exclusion order, and other relief, barring proposed respondents Green Wave Int’l, Inc., Trans World Int’l (New York) Inc., John Calarese & Co., Inc., and Eco Greenwares Corporation from importing for sale and selling food containers, cups, plates, cutlery and related items bearing mark confusingly similar to Fabri-Kal’s registered United States Trademark for GREENWARE.
