Further to our June 7, 2012, June 18, 2012, and July 11, 2012 posts, on August 6, 2012, Chief ALJ Charles E. Bullock issued a notice assigning Theodore R. Essex as the presiding Administrative Law Judge in Certain Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits and Devices Containing Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-848) “[i]n order to balance the workload within the Office of the Administrative Law Judges.”
