Treasury has designated five bodies as “representative” bodies able to bring a complaint to the PSR that a feature or a combination of features of a market in the UK for services provided by payment systems is, or appears to be, significantly damaging the interests of service users. The bodies designated with effect from 1 April are the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, the Consumers’ Association, the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland, the National Federation of Self Employed and Small Businesses and Age UK.
