In a recent speech to the Trust Companies Association of Canada, OSFI Superintendent Julie Dickson outlined OSFI's work toward revising its 2003 Corporate Governance Guideline. Notably discussed were issues respecting independent control functions, board composition and the separation of audit committees and risk management committees.
