The UK Regulators' Network (UKRN) (which includes the FCA) has published its work programme for 2016-17. The UKRN’s aim is to seek to build on its work on cross-cutting policy issues by developing a programme of work that seeks out opportunities for collaboration between members in a flexible and efficient way. The work programme has three key workstream areas: people and resources, engagement and policy. Projects confirmed for 2016-2017 cover tools for measuring future trends in the cost of capital, sharing data on customer vulnerability, consumer engagement and challenge and ADR.
