On March 2, 2010, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan affirmed the order of the Michigan Public Service Commission (PSC) that extended Sprint’s interconnection agreement with AT&T in accordance with the FCC's AT&T-BellSouth merger conditions. The court dismissed AT&T’s challenge on the ground that the PSC did not exceed its authority by relying upon the FCC's merger conditions. Case No. 09-12577.
