Today’s Supreme Court decision to uphold the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act means that the new, lower compensation deduction limitation under IRC section 162(m) for employees of covered public and private health insurance companies will indeed go into effect starting in 2013.  For more information about this deduction limit, click here.
