On March 9, 2015, ALJ Dee Lord issued Order No. 20 in Certain Communications or Computing Devices and Components Thereof (Inv. No. 337-TA-925).
By way of background, this investigation is based on a July 16, 2014 complaint filed by Enterprise Systems Technologies S.a.r.l. ("Enterprise") alleging violation of Section 337 in the importation into the U.S. and sale of certain communications or computing devices and components thereof that infringe one or more claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,454,201; 6,594,366; 6,691,302; and 5,870,610. According to the Order, ALJ Lord granted a motion filed by Enterprise to partially terminate the investigation based on the withdrawal of its allegations against Respondent Cirrus Logic Inc.
