2007 Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance (“2007 Convention”, “the Convention”) is ratified by the Republic of Turkey.[1] The Convention will enter into force on 1 September 2017. This constitutes an important development in the international family law area.
