The FCA has published its latest Data Bulletin. The last edition reviewed how consumers interact with the FCA’s Contact Centre, this edition seeks to build on this by looking at other channels consumers and firms use to communicate with the FCA. The bulletin includes an update on the Innovation Hub, letters received from Members of Parliament, requests made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, complaints relating to the FCA, data on consumer credit authorisations and statistics relating to the volume of financial promotions being amended or withdrawn following FCA involvement. It also provides information on how the FCA uses attestations and skilled person reports.
