In the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) annual report, the ICO has confirmed that it has dealt with around 120 "right to be forgotten" removal requests. This is less than 1% of the removal requests received by Google in the UK over the past year.

In the annual report, the ICO confirm that “our decisions on appeals against Google’s application of the ‘right to be forgotten’ judgment have, for the most part, been accepted by all sides”.

The annual report also showed that there were no successful appeals against the Monetary Penalty Notices issued last year.
