Before the end of October, FSA plans to publish:

  • feedback and rules on implementing aspects of the FS Act 2010;
  • consultations on the regulatory fees and levies policy, and remuneration disclosure;
  • further feedback on capital standards, including final rules for CRD2; - consultation on the DEPP and EG Review;
  • feedback on the discussion paper on consumer complaints (emerging risks and mass claims); and
  • consultation on the E-Money Directive.
