On 2 December 2011, Commission Regulation 1251/2011 1, amending the thresholds for the application of Directive 2004/17, Directive 2004/18 and Directive 2009/81, was published in the Official Journal. The new thresholds will apply from 1 January 2012 and, for public services, are as follows:
