On June 10th, the Brazilian Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency ("Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis" – "ANP") published on its website its regulatory agenda for 2015-2016. The agenda indicates the areas which ANP considers to be a priority and on which it will focus its efforts during the biennium.

ANP's regulatory agenda for 2015-2016 includes 56 actions which were divided into 14 sections, by topic. For each action, ANP assigned a specific schedule enabling companies to monitor the related activities. An ordinary review of the agenda is expected for early 2016 and an extraordinary review may be carried out from time to time as applicable.
