Over the next few months, FSA expects to publish many papers, including:
- DP on Solvency II implementation;
- more consultations and feedback on capital and liquidity;
- rurther consultation on sale and rent-back activities; and
- feedback on short-selling, close links and consumer responsibility.
There will also be a joint consultation with Treasury in August on the legislative framework for sukuk.
