Summary: Our survey of over 100 real estate investors, developers, funders and asset managers suggests the short-term impact of Brexit is about as difficult to establish as predicting when the PM's going to trigger Article 50!

In the immediate aftermath, seller and buyer expectations were mismatched - reflected in over half of our survey respondents having seen deal values fall. However, after an initial period of uncertainty, we're seeing the market stabilise and confidence increase.
