Most key vote dates in EP plenary sessions have now been set for 19 November:
- the Committee vote on the proposed Directive and Regulation amending the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID 2 and MiFIR) is now due on 26 September, and Plenary sitting on 19 November;
- the Plenary sitting date for CRD4 and CRR is no longer scheduled (it was 11 September);
- the Committee vote on MAR and CMAD is 20 September, and the Plenary 19 November;
- the Plenary sitting date for the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD) is 19 November;
- the Committee vote on the proposal for a Regulation on Central Securities Depositories (CSD) is 18 December and plenary 12 March 2013; and
- the proposal for credit and financial institution recovery and resolution plans was referred to Committee on 5 July.
