The report, Chinaʼs Rare Earth Industry and Export Regime: economic and Trade Implications for the United States, details implications of the countryʼs export restrictions, which countries such as the U.S. and Japan have argued provides an unfair advantage to Chinaʼs domestic manufacturers.
