From April this year there will be dramatic reductions in civil court opening hours, not for hearings but for face to face counter services. Public access will be limited to two hours a day, and even then certain types of communication will have to go into a "drop box". Oddly, this includes issuing money claims and enforcement, and enquiries about your case! Just where the public most need help. Your two hours will start at 9.30 in Leeds, 11.00 in London. Most places in between seem to start at 10.00.
