The European Money Markets Institute has announced that it has adopted an intraday re-fixing policy for EURIBOR. Implementation of the new policy is expected for July 2016, subject to the supporting technical infrastructure being ready. As of the implementation date, panel banks' individual submissions will no longer accompany the publication of the benchmark rates at 11.00am CET. Instead, they will be delayed until 3.00pm CET whether there has been a re-fixing or not. EMMI will provide further details on the implementation date of the policy in due course.
