On 22 January 2015, the Payments Council published its latest dashboard for the Current Account Switch Service (CASS), covering 2014. Customer awareness continues to increase, with 69% of people in the UK now aware of the service (an increase of 10% on the previous year). Customer confidence levels in the service have also improved – rising from 58% to 65%.
