Following the withdrawal of his referral of the case to the Upper Tribunal, FSA has confirmed the fine and ban on John Blake. Earlier in the year FSA had found him guilty of publishing misleading information to investors about the credit quality of a loan book and of acting without integrity in discharging his responsibilities.
