FSA has published details of the amounts firms have paid out in the first six months of 2011 to customers who complained about mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). It said 16 firms, representing 92 per cent of PPI complaints received in the first half of 2011, have paid a total of £215 million in redress between January and June 2011 inclusive.
