The Government has made Regulations making minor amendments to the rules being inserted into the Companies Act to require companies to keep registers of Persons with Significant Control (PSC). The changes make some corrections, including to clarify areas in which the UK had unintentionally gold-plated the requirements of the fourth Money Laundering Directive.
