Commission publishes summary of de Larosiere responses

The Commission has published a summary of responses it received to the de Larosiere report: 

• only one respondent did not support the ESFS and no respondent opposed the ESRC; and  
• most respondents agreed with the macro-supervision recommendations and many supported the proposed role of ESRC in micro-supervision, although some said colleges of supervisors would be the way forward.
