IMA says IOSCO’s proposed principles on liquidity risk management for collective investment schemes (CIS) are in line with existing UK rules and practice. It says they should also cover the ability to manage inflows, for example by limiting the issue of units in circumstances where it is in the interests of the fund’s investors to do so.
