At the end of the summer, UKLA (UK Listing Authority) will create "The Knowledge Base", a repository of all technical and procedural guidance available from UKLA. UKLA will also be publishing three new Procedural Notes and eight new Technical Notes, which are currently under consultation, such as the note on UKLA decision-making and review process, and the note on prospectus disclosures on credit rating agencies.(Source: Primary Market Bulletin No. 2)
