FSA has cancelled Brockhurst Financial Limited's part IV permission as a result of its failure to comply with the Threshold Conditions. Brockhurst had failed to pay fees and levies to FSA despite repeated requests to do so. As a result FSA concluded that Brockhurst was not "conducting its business soundly and prudently and in compliance with proper standards and that it is not a fit and proper person".
