This decree expands upon the Statute for Self-Employed Workers in relation to the scope of requirements and registration obligations of an economically dependent self-employed worker's contract, which is a new half way employment status introduced by the Statute for Self-Employed Workers. The decree provides a template of such contracts and creates a State Registry where these will need to be registered.
