On 18 June the SFO announced that it would drop its long-running investigation into Vincent Tchenguiz. The investigation into Robert Tchenguiz will continue, said the SFO. Following the SFO's announcement, Vincent restated his intention to sue the SFO for £100 million. Judgement in the judicial review proceedings is awaited. For more see here.
