On 19 February 2010, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) issued a letter to the executives of foreign private issuers listed on the NYSE to remind them of their obligations regarding notifications to and filings with the NYSE necessary for 2010. The letter includes information on foreign private issuers’ requirements regarding notifications to the NYSE, the annual financial statement and corporate governance and also highlights certain rule and policy changes that have been approved or proposed and explains how companies can obtain further information concerning their obligations.
