On March 5, 2012, Graphics Properties, Holdings, Inc. filed a complaint at the U.S. International Trade Commission entitled Certain Consumer Electronics and Display Devices and Products Containing Same naming the following proposed respondents: Research In Motion Ltd.; Research In Motion Corp.; HTC Corporation; HTC America, Inc.; LG Electronics, Inc.; LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc.; LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc.; Apple Inc.; Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.; Samsung Electronics America, Inc.; Samsung Telecommunications America, L.L.C.; Sony Corporation; Sony Corporation of America ; Sony Electronics, Inc.; Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB; Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. Respondents are alleged to infringe U.S. Patent Nos. 6,650,237, 6,816,145, and 5,717,881.
