On 29 September 2011, the General Court ruled that the Commission had failed to act by not adopting decisions on three complaints made by Ryanair to the Commission against Alitalia. The General Court held that the Commission should have adopted decisions on the transfer of 100 Alitalia employees to other airlines, the 9/11 compensation granted to Alitalia and the reduction in Alitalia’s airport charges.
