On 23 March  2015,  the  UK  Government  published  the  Serious  Crime Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/820) (the “Regulations”). The Regulations bring into force, among other  provisions, section 37 of the Serious Crime Act 2015,  which  amends  section  388  of POCA  as  of  1  June  2015,  to  provide  that  where  an  authorised  disclosure is  made  in  good  faith,  no  civil  liability  arises  in  respect  of  that  disclosure on the part of the person by or on whose behalf it is made. This provision makes express the obligations set out under the Third Money Laundering Directive (2005/60/EC).
