The FCA has updated its industry guidance webpage to confirm that the LIBOR code of conduct for contributing banks is confirmed for a period of 3 years from 1 August 2016. The code was adopted by ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA), which is the current LIBOR administrator. The code may be amended prior to the expiry of the 3-year period if required by the Benchmark Regulation and the FCA will update its webpage accordingly. The FCA previously confirmed the industry guidance status of the code of conduct in February 2014.
