EP has updated various procedure files on the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU MAR). The proposed delegated acts concerning conditions applicable to buy-back programmes and stabilisation measures (see FReD 11 March), the content of notifications to be submitted to competent authorities and criteria and the procedure and requirements for establishing an accepted market practice (AMP) (see FReD 4 March) are now noted to be awaiting committee decision and the period for their initial consideration (originally one month) has been extended by two months.
