The latest edition of FCA’s Policy Development Update promises several key documents before the end of March, namely:

  • consultations on changes to FCA rules to reflect the introduction of the Innovative Finance ISA and peer-to-peer arrangements, and on proposed regulatory fees and levies;
  • policy statements on UCITS V and other changes to the handbook relating to investment funds, on the policy proposals for fees and levies, and on regulatory references.

FCA’s consultation on the retail aspects of the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID 2) implementation is still currently scheduled for April. (Source: Policy Development Update 29)
