The Competition Commission of Singapore (the "CCS") is conducting a public consultation on its proposed recommendation to extend the current Competition (Block Exemption for Liner Shipping Agreements) Order 2006 (the "BEO") for another five years, from 31 December 2010 till 31 Decemver 2015 (both dates inclusive).
