The G20 has published a communique on financial services issues following the Antalya summit last weekend. Among other things, the G20 has: (i) endorsed the September 2015 version of the Principles of Corporate Governance drawn up jointly by the OECD and the G20; (ii) asked the FSB to report back on further work on CCP resilience, recovery planning and resolvability; (iii) agreed to expedite their efforts to make further progress in implementing OTC derivatives reforms; and (iv) called on the FSB to continue to explore any systemic risks relating to the potential role of corporates' liability structure in financial stability.
