AL2016-012 RehabCare Development 5, LLC d/b/a Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital Baldwin County, Baldwin County, Region VI: Proposes to acquire and relocate twenty-five (25) inpatient physical rehab beds from Foley Hospital Corporation d/b/a South Baldwin Regional Medical Center in Baldwin County, Region VI. Administrative Law Judge approved this project with specific language that shall be inserted into box 7 of the Certificate of Need.
Al2016-014, Gulf Health Hospitals, Inc. d/b/a Thomas Hospital, Fairhope, AL: Proposes to relocate twelve (12) inpatient rehabilitation beds from J.L. Bedsole/Rotary Hospital. Administrative Law Judge approved this project.
