Following its public consultations on the proposal for reporting and disclosure requirements for insurance and reinsurance undertakings and insurance groups, EIOPA has now published a feedback statement, draft guidelines and revised template documents. Although the final reporting requirements depend on the outcome of the Omnibus 2 Directive and future implementing and technical measures, EIOPA encourages the immediate adoption of these draft guidelines and templates.
