FSA has published the final version of its “Dear CEO” letters setting out how it plans to assess whether firms have complied with the rules on setting remuneration under the Remuneration Code. There is one letter for firms in Proportionality Tier 1, which also includes guidance on Code staff, and another for all other firms.
