IMA’s response focuses on the elements of the consultation on the Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) Resolution Pack. It supports FSA’s suggestions, saying firms hold most of the information that would be needed already. It also comments on FSA’s request in the paper for views on the use of bail-ins.
