The EP Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) has published opinions for the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) on proposals for:
- Regulations on European Venture Capital Funds (EVCF) and European Social Entrepreneurship Funds (ESEF); and
- Directives amending the UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMD) Directive in respect of excessive reliance on credit ratings.
