On June 25, 2012, the Commission issued a Notice of its decision to review in part the final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in Inv. 337-TA-745 involving Complainant Motorola Mobility, Inc. and Respondent Apple, Inc. The Commission will review various findings on claim construction, validity, infringement, and domestic industry for the four patents at issue. The Commission identified 13 questions for briefing by the parties.
