Auto enrolment, the legal obligation on employers to automatically enrol certain workers into a pension arrangement and contribute with respect to them, has been rolled out since October 2012, with larger employers being subject to compliance first.  However, it is now the turn of smaller employers, with, ultimately even those employing just one or two people being subject to the requirements.
