Recently I published an article about the new DOL “Employers Guide to the Family and Medical Leave Act”. At the time, the DOL had not yet released the updated poster employers are required to use. The new mandatory poster is now available on the DOL website. The poster addresses Leave Entitlements, Benefits and Protections, Eligibility Requirements, Requesting Leave, Employer Responsibilities and Enforcement.

Practice pointer. Employers, now is the time to post a copy of this new FMLA poster as required by the DOL. It's easy. It's simple. It's the law.
