FSA publishes finalised RCB guidance

FSA has published the final version of its guidance on Regulated Covered Bonds (RCB). The guidance covers:

• the scope and depth of engagement with the programme by the person who signs the annual confirmation of compliance;
• the content of Management Information; and
• the appropriateness of systems and controls.
